I pulled out an old RadioShack metal detector for a quick hunt and was pleasantly surprised — this classic machine still buzzes and finds targets!
I hit a local spot and let it do its thing. Even with its age, it picked up signals and delivered some fun finds. Vintage detectors have a charm of their own, and it’s cool to see how well some of them still perform today.
Old gear can still surprise you! Sometimes the simplest detectors are the most fun to use.
