Surface Find Spotted by the Coil
On the surface, but still counts

The Detector Does the Spotting Sometimes
Surface finds happen when metal detecting.
This one was on the surface, but I did not see it until I passed my coil over it. Still counts! It’s a good reminder that the detector is doing part of the looking for you. Even when something is right there in the open, your eyes can miss it until the coil points it out.
Those easy recoveries are always welcome, and they still go in the finds pile.
See you in the field.
