There’s finding a few coins on a hunt… and then there’s logging a full Coin Slam.
This session with the Bounty Hunter delivered exactly that — a penny, a nickel, a dime, and a quarter, all in the same outing. Nothing rare, nothing ancient, just a clean sweep of the four most common coins and that quiet satisfaction that comes with completing the set.
I was swinging along, pulling signals one after another, and before long the pouch had one of each. It’s one of those little milestones a lot of us quietly celebrate. You don’t always get silver or jewelry, but when the penny, nickel, dime, and quarter all show up in the same hunt, it still feels like a win.
These modern coin days are great practice. They keep the coil swinging, the ears tuned, and the recovery skills sharp. And every once in a while the ground decides to hand you the full set just to keep things fun.
