Hey treasure hunters! Night coin hunt highlight — my machine locked on a clean 77 target ID… and it was a dime! 💰

There’s something special about detecting after dark. The fields are quiet, the tones feel extra crisp under the headlamp, and every solid signal gets your heart pumping a little harder.

The 77 Moment

I got a repeatable, solid 77 — a number that always makes me smile because it’s a classic spot for modern dimes (and sometimes older silver). Dug carefully, flipped the plug, and there it was shining back at me. Nights like this are why I keep going back out after sunset.

Night hunts have been treating me great lately — cooler temps, fewer people, and the detector seems to sing clearer. If you haven’t tried night detecting yet, it’s worth adding to your routine.
