Nokta Makro Simplex+ Delivered 👍👍👍| Break Even Quest Begins

Retired the Fisher 1225x and replaced it with the Nokta Makro Simplex+. Did a quick yard test to familiarize myself to the settings and sounds.

Then, searched a playground to begin the quest to the Break Even Point... point when I find the value in coins equal to the amount I paid for the detector.

Over 30 years of reliable service, time to retire the Fisher 1225X metal detector... actually, holding it as a backup metal detector. Great way to close out its use with lots of clad coins to include a silver dime!

Went Fishing, and Then Went Dirt Fishing!

Given the rising cost of gas, decided to take the opportunity to enjoy two passions... fishing specifically, trout fishing and the metal detecting aka dirt fishing! After catching a limit of trout, did a little treasure hunting.... coin shooting the nearby playground with the old Fisher 1225x. Found a number of coins!
