Clad.Coins and a Unicorn Pendant!

Able to get a round of coinshooting in before the rain arrived. Cold temps but was able to find clad coins and a cool Unicorn Pendant!

Night Coinshooting... $1 LED Headlamp Worked!

Warm weather and long hours at the day job make for an night coinshooting opportunity at a tot lot. Used the LED Headlamp from Walmart. Only cost a dollar. Bought two... one to keep on the hat, other as back up.

Fun stuff... found 15 clad coins!

Coinshooting before the Front!

Cold front rolled in. But, able to get a quick coinshoot in before it rained! A few clad coins. Still lots of fun!

Found several coins, two keys, and a ring earlier Sunday morning. Decided to try a school playground afterwards. Was not ready to call it quits, and given the nice weather... best to take advantage and get as much time in coin shooting before the work week starts!

This round ended the trip with 51 coins and three pendants! Breakout of coins was:
28 pennies
3 nickels
17 dimes
3 quarters

Sunday morning coin shoot at a local city park playground. Lots of structure to detect. Unfortunately, not so many coins. Did find two dimes and seven pennies, two keys, and a ring... costume jewelry.

30 Coins, a Key, and a Ring This Round!

Chilly Saturday morning but no rain. Was able to metal detect a city park playground. Found lots of trash but dig get 30 coins, a key, and a ring. Not sure if the ring is gold. Did not see any marking indicating gold. Did have interesting writing on it.  Will have to do some research on this one!
